This time, I'll be showing you how to make a tuna and cabbage sandwich. It's a huge hit with my family! It's an easy sandwich recipe that's guaranteed to be a repeat order! You can make it in a frying pan until the outside is crispy, like a hot sandwich! It's fragrant and addictively delicious. It's so delicious, so be sure to give it a try.

■材料（1〜2人分）
・食パン 2枚（8枚切り）
・キャベツ 80g
・玉ねぎ 1/8個
・ツナ缶 1個
・とろけるスライスチーズ 2枚
・マヨネーズ大さじ1
・めんつゆ小さじ1/2
・はちみつ小さじ1/3
・有塩バター 15g

■作り方
1.玉ねぎをみじん切りにし、めんつゆとはちみつを加えて馴染ませおいておく。
2.キャベツを千切りにし、ボウルに入れラップをしてレンジ600Wで30秒加熱し粗熱をとる。
3.ツナ缶の油をきり、マヨネーズと玉ねぎと合わせる。
4.食パンにバターを5gほどぬる。
5.とろけるチーズ、ツナ、キャベツ、とろけるチーズの順番にのせ、食パンをかぶせる。
6.フライパンにバター5gをひき、④をのせ焼き色がつくまで焼く。
7.裏返し、バター5gを加え焼き色がつくまで焼いて完成。

■ingredients
・2 slices Bread
・80g Cabbage
・1/8 Onion
・1 can Tuna
・2 slices Melted cheese
・1 tbsp Mayonnaise
・1/2 tsp Mentsuyu
・1/3 tsp Honey
・15g Salted butter

■Instructions

1. Finely chop the onion and add the noodle soup base and honey, and set aside.
2. Shred the cabbage, place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds, then let cool.
3. Drain the oil from the canned tuna and combine with the mayonnaise and onion.
4. Spread about 5g of butter on the bread.
5. Place the melted cheese, tuna, cabbage, and melted cheese in that order, then cover with the bread.
6. Add 5g of butter to a frying pan, add 4, and cook until golden brown.
7. Flip, add 5g of butter, and cook until golden brown.
